Flogger is gentle, light and perfect for sensiry putoisss with lmost no harmful application even when swung at full strength. Definitely recommend if you need a versatile toy to add variety to your toybox. My only comment is I'd like the handle to be longer but that's just personal preference and the item is well worth its price.
